How fast do you ship?
Many orders are shipped same day if possible, and most are shipped within one business day upon receipt of payment.

What method of shipment do you use?
We ship via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of items ordered. FedEx 2-day and overnight delivery are also available.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated on our shopping cart page before you checkout. No personal/billing information is required. Just enter your zip code and you can choose your shipping service and see rates immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

How do I know that my credit card payment is secure?
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal, the global leader in online payment solutions. Learn more about PayPal Buyer Protection on the PayPal website.

What is my protection for lost or damaged merchandise?
We will replace lost or damaged merchandise at no additional charge. In the event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, send an email to info@jazebra.com and we will reply within 48 hours. We require a minimum of 15 days from the date of payment before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.

What is your refund/return policy?
You may return any item sold by Jazebra.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No return authorization is required. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. We will only issue a partial refund if the item has been opened (removed from its original packaging). Please email us if you have any questions about our refund/return policy.

Do you ship internationally?
We have resumed shipping to a select few international destinations, including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and several countries in Europe.

International orders ship every Tuesday and Friday. Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. (More information)
